G Course

28 Hr "G" Course *

The 28 Hr “G” Course is given the third week of every month on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The times on Monday and Tuesday are 8 AM to 6 PM and on Wednesday from 8 AM to 4PM. Please contact the instructor for the cost of this class.

This class includes training in, but is not limited to: Florida Statutes, Civil and Criminal Liability, Operational Firearms Safety, Firearms Mechanical Training and Firearms Range Qualification on the Handgun.

There will three examinations of ten questions each following the classroom instruction. A passing grade of 70 percent is required on each examination. On the course of fire the student must score 168 or better to qualify with the handgun.

4 Hr Annual Re-Qualification

The 4 Hr Annual Re-Qualification will be given on Wednesdays or Sundays as needed at a cost of $75.00.

This class includes a review of Florida Statutes, Civil & Criminal Liability, Operational Firearms Safety, Mechanical Training and Firearms Range Qualification.

There will be an examination of ten questions and the student must have a passing grade of 70 per cent or better. On the course of fire, the student must score 168 or better.

* As there is limited seating, pre-registration and a small deposit is required to hold a seat for a student.
